Thank you for your interest in Harmony Farm Candles! I’m Erin Hils, the creator, owner and maker behind this delightfully fragranced line of candles and melts. Welcome!

Harmony Farm Candles is where colorful cottage living is celebrated. What does that mean exactly? Well, for me it’s embracing happy hues to brighten the day and lift my mood. Choosing the ordinary charms of life like having a meal on mismatched but beloved plates or enjoying fresh-cut flowers from the garden. Having a welcoming home that’s unpretentious, eclectic and comfortable.

The hand-poured, small batch products I craft are made with absolute care to bring joy and coziness wherever they’re enjoyed. Using all-natural, long-burning soy wax, cotton wicks and charming containers, the candles and melts are offered in a variety of thoughtful scents.

Working with independent shops and stockists to provide quality and handmade soy-based home fragrances is my passion. If you think my products would be a good fit for your business, please read through the wholesale policies below.

2020 WHOLESALE POLICIES


After nearly a decade in business, Harmony Farm Candles is closing at the end of 2020. Wholesale orders will be taken through December 7.

Your support is so appreciated and I hope you enjoy this final offering of delightfully fragranced candles and melts!

How to Order

Don't have a wholesale account? Please 1) complete the stockist inquiry form and 2) submit a wholesale account application. I enjoy learning more about your business to determine if we’re a good fit for each other! Once your applications are approved, you'll receive an email invitation to create a wholesale account. At that point, you can order online via the password-protected wholesale ordering site or by email using the order form button below.

Existing wholesale customers: simply login to the password-protected wholesale ordering site. (If you don't have a login and password set up, please use the sign-up form to request online ordering access if you desire it.)  You are also welcome to continue ordering by email using this order form:

Due to supply chain issues, a limited number of milkglass jar candles is available through the end of the year.  Please email me at harmonyfarmcandles@gmail.com if you're interested in placing an order with this vessel so I can determine if it's possible to fulfill your desired order.  Travel tins are now sold out for wholesale ordering as well. Jelly jars, zinc jars and wax melts remain available.

Minimums

Opening order minimum: $200 - Re-order minimum: $100

To qualify for the re-order minimum, your most recent order must have been placed within the last 12 months. Orders that don’t meet this criteria default to the $200 minimum.

Payment

Payment is due prior to shipping or at the time of delivery/pick-up for local stockists. Company checks, Venmo, VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express are welcome. Please make checks out to Harmony Farm Candles. 

Processing Times

Jelly jar candles and wax melts are usually on hand and ready to ship within 5 business days of order placement. Travel tin, zinc and milkglass jar candles are custom poured to order. If your order includes any of these candles, shipping occurs within 7-10 business days.

From October through December, please place your order at least 10 business days in advance of the desired delivery date to account for the higher volume and longer lead time of the busy season.

If your order is needed quickly and in a shorter timeframe than outlined above, you can request a rush. For 50% of the order’s total price, jelly jar candles and melts will be shipped within 3 business days; travel tin, zinc and milkglass jar candles will be shipped within 5 business days.

Enchance your Harmony Farm Candles display with full-color, professionally printed 5"x7" vertical shelf talkers! They're offered with my compliments to you and are currently available in these 2 designs:

Shipping/Delivery

Shipped orders travel by insured USPS Priority Mail with tracking in the lower 48 states. The tracking number for each box is sent by email upon shipment. Harmony Farm Candles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  

Shipping is calculated as 25% of the order's subtotal amount. If this exceeds the final shipping rate, you'll receive a refund at the time of shipment.  

Free local delivery is available within a 15-mile radius of Mebane, NC. This includes Burlington, Elon, Graham, Hillsborough and Saxapahaw. Delivery within 16-30 miles of Mebane is $30 and includes Carrboro, Chapel Hill, Durham and Greensboro.  This delivery fee is waived on orders of $400 or more.

Order pick-up is also available at 404 S. First St., Mebane, NC 27302 if you're a local stockist. Please email me to arrange a pick-up time.

NOTE: The current ordering system automatically adds shipping to all orders. This charge will be promptly refunded if you're in the free delivery area or doing a studio pickup. 

Damages/Returns

All orders are well packed and insured, so should any damage occur in transit, please file a claim directly on the USPS website for reimbursement. USPS requires photos of the damaged item(s), the box’s tracking number and proof of value from your paid invoice.  I proudly stand by the quality of the products I make, so if an item is defective (except for damage incurred during shipping), please contact me immediately. I will happily offer a refund or credit on your next order. Otherwise, returns or buy-backs aren’t accepted so please keep this in mind, especially when ordering seasonal collection products.

Stockists

The locations of stockists are carefully considered so as not to oversaturate any one particular area. While at this time geographic exclusivity is not offered, be assured new stockists are selected 1) who are not within overly close proximity to existing partners or 2) whose business type don't compete with existing partners.
